Logifuture Malta Limited and each Logifuture entity (“we”, “us” or “our”) set forth below entered into a Joint Data Controller Arrangement that governs processing of personal information of employees, contractors, providers, clients and suppliers of the Logifuture entities jointly with Logifuture Malta (“Joint Processing”). In particular, it was determined how an appropriate level of security and your rights as a data subject can be ensured and how the information duties under data protection law can be fulfilled jointly. This Joint Controller Arrangement is issued pursuant to Article 26 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Article 26 of the UK General Protection Regulation as supplemented by the Data Protection Act 2018 (together “data protection legislation”) and provides you with the information how the respective tasks and responsibilities in the joint processing of personal data are structured and who fulfils which data protection obligations with regards to joint processing of personal data.
With respect to the joint processes, we and Logifuture Malta jointly determine the purposes and means of processing of such personal information.
In relation to performance of our responsibilities as Joint Data Controllers according to the data protection legislation, our and Logifuture Malta’s obligations under the data protection legislation with regards to joint processing of data are determined as follows:

All other responsibilities for compliance with obligations under the data protection legislation regarding personal data processing, including Joint Processing, remain with each Logifuture entity and Logifuture Malta individually.You have the right to exercise your rights directly against the Logifuture entity you enter into relationship with and Logifuture Malta Limited with respect to Joint Processing, according to the terms of the Privacy notice between you and the respective Logifuture entity.
